Zali is the realization of a aspiration, 30 several years within the building... in the kitchen, in a home, in Beirut –a spouse and children that, much like each and every other loved ones in the world, was persuaded that their mother’s cooking, was the most beneficial.
Our chef: The heartbeat of inspiration
And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from complete-time mom and grandmother to total-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and it has lived the majority of her daily life in Lebanon. for thus long, she loved screening her own recipes and photographing dishes. But her passion did not depart her property’s nest until eventually Zali made available her that opportunity. Now, her homegrown contentment and passion for cooking are for you personally and the planet to taste!
In all our dishes are flavors which have designed the journey many of the way from Lebanon. You can take many of them back again dwelling!
We phone them “Mouneh”, an Arabic word for pantry provisions: a variety of do-it-yourself jars with preserved and dried delicacies that here you should buy and take a look at. These are prepared by our chef or produced by farmers back again residence. “Mouneh”can be a Lebanese tradition of preserving food stuff through the seasons.
