Our chef: The heartbeat of inspiration
And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from entire-time mother and grandmother to whole-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and it has Coffee lived a lot of her life in Lebanon. for therefore very long, she beloved testing her possess recipes and photographing dishes. But her passion did not go away her household’s nest until eventually Zali supplied her that chance. Now, her homegrown joy and keenness for cooking are for yourself and the whole world to flavor!
In all our dishes are flavors which have designed the journey all the way from Lebanon. You normally takes a number of them back household!
We phone them “Mouneh”, an Arabic term for pantry provisions: several different homemade jars with preserved and dried delicacies for you to get and try. They are really geared up by our chef or made by farmers back home. “Mouneh”is a Lebanese custom of preserving foodstuff throughout the seasons.
